Overview:

BM-KB components are block-shaped brackets that secure 3mm-12mm diameter tubular-shaped sensors and controls. The key design element is compactness, so mounted sensors require a small footprint.

Threaded or smooth barrel sensors slide into the BM-KB mounts. Using one or more fasteners, the BM-KB block and sensor are secured to tapped holes on equipment surface(s) via one or more threaded fasteners.

Common Applications: Robotic grippers, small part escapement mechanisms, miniature pick-n-place units, as well as general purpose semiconductor and electronics machinery control systems.

Materials of construction: Delrin (Acetal plastic), black anodized 6061 aluminum, and plain unfinished 6061 aluminum are standard. The standard fasteners are plated steel, but optional stainless steel (304 or 316) can be supplied on request.
