The SMS-UK is a complete solution in a single part number. Customized to your requirements to mount many types of sensors, switches and cameras.

Magnetic Base Kits
For sensor proof-of-concept, demonstration, and quick-change mounting. Numerous CUB-MB and many other configurations. Connect a sensor, switch or camera to ferrous machine frames via a switchable ON/OFF magnetic base.

SMS-UK8 Universal Kits
Nylon Bracket and Base, linked via angled Rod, the SMS-UK8 offers great flexibility. Position and secure barrel-style controls (5mm to 30mm dia.) or select the user-machinable option.

Half-Klamp™, with Handle
The SMS-HK-H is a dual-use device; clamps into Base Units allowing the connection of 1/2" or 12mm diameter rods that create the base axis of a Sensor Mounting System. Adjusts via tool-less poly handle.

Half-Klamps™, Hex Adjust
The SMS-HK is a dual-use device; clamps into Base Units allowing the connection of 1/2" or 12mm diameter rods that create the base axis of a Sensor Mounting System. Adjusts via hex wrench.

Rods, Straight
Use the SMS-R type Rod to form a sensor adjustment rail, or to add an additional axis. Cold drawn 1/2" diameter, 304 stainless steel, in lengths up to 30 inches.

Rods, Angled
Use the SMS-RA type Rod as a sensor positioning element, or as an additional axis. Cold drawn 1/2" diameter, 304 stainless steel, with a minor length of 2" long; 2nd leg up to 18 inches.

CrossKlamp™ Coupler
The SMS-C-K & SMS-C-KH CrossKlamp™, often called a "Crossblock" meshes (2) 1/2' SMS Rods that can be fully rotated 360 degrees. Specify "Hex" or "Poly Handle" adjustment.

Coupler, Square
Square SMS-C-FC Coupler allows connection of two (2) 1/2 inch or (2) 10mm SMS Rods at a fixed 90 degree angle.

CrossCoupler™, Adjustable
The SMS-C-CR adjustable CrossCoupler™ holds (2) 1/2" diameter SMS Rods at 90 degrees, but allows rotation +/- 22 degrees.

CrossCoupler™, Fixed
The SMS-C-C CrossCoupler™ holds (2) 1/2" diameter SMS Rods at a fixed 90 degree angle.

Coupler, Round Adjustable
Adjustable Coupler SMS-C-AC with knobs. Connect two (2) 1/2 inch or (2) 10mm SMS Rods at a fixed 90 degree angle, but allows quick hand adjustment.

Base, Stamped
Stamped SMS-B-S Base Unit, for Half-Klamp Sets, attached to popular t-slot forming foundation for Sensor Mounting System

Base, Stamped Metal
Stamped SMS-B-R1 & SMS-B-R2 Base Units, for 1/2" or 12mm diameter rods. Attach to conveyor side rails to create foundation for Sensor Mounting System.

Base, Threaded
Threaded SMS-B-T Base Unit, for Half-Klamp Sets. Secured to your machine via a 3/8" SHCS forming foundation for Sensor Mounting System.

Base, Counter-bored
Counter-bored SMS-B-C Base Unit, for Half-Klamp Sets. Secured to your machine via a 3/8" SHCS forming foundation for Sensor Mounting System.

Base, Cast Aluminum, Style 2
Cast aluminum alloy SMS-B-CB2 Base Units; for 1/2 inch or 10mm Rods. Offering two rod positions for flexible design options.

Base, Cast Aluminum, Style 1
Cast aluminum alloy SMS-B-CB1 Base Units; for 1/2 inch or 10mm Rods, with single rod position.

Base, HalfKlamp™ with Offset
Create height offsets (Riser) for 1/2" diameter Rods. Combines a HalfKlamp™ with the SMS-B-C) Base unit and one of two Spacers.

Base, Pipe Strap Style
Strap your sensors to 1-1/2" diameter piping using the SMS-B-PS... Base unit. Solutions for all sensors and additional pipes diameters as well.

Base, Strut Framing Style
Specify SMS-B-CBUS... Base units to clip sensors and switches onto 1-5/8" wide strut channel. Accepts the HalfKlamp™, 1/2" diameter Rods and matching Sensor Brackets.

Spacer, Long or Short
The SMS-S-36 & SMS-S-76 are Spacers used to create offsets when using Base Units.
